The pools were fantastic and perfect for families, especially the covered child's area. Staff members were warm and helpful-Trice from the 12th floor saved the day by bringing me a bread pan. the cleanliness of our room was a concern; it had a musty odor and wasn't properly cleaned. Various repairs are needed and some amenities were unavailable. The location is excellent, but the maintenance issues detracted from what could have been a stellar experience, especially for the price we paid.

The bed felt like clouds-very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The room temperature was inconsistent; the front AC struggled while the rear unit worked better. There were cleanliness issues; the bathroom had crud in the corners, and the lamp shade wouldn't straighten up. The sliding glass door didn't lock, which was unsettling. On the bright side, having pools right outside was convenient, and the heated options were enjoyable. The noise level was manageable. Parking could be chaotic during busy weekends. A more thorough refresh of the room would enhance the overall experience significantly.

I had an incredible experience being just a short stroll from the beach and surrounded by countless attractions, including Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, making it super easy to explore great restaurants and fun activities like mini-golf and trampoline parks;

I loved how right on the beach it was which made it so easy for spontaneous walks by the water while having a Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's just across the street for those sweet cravings so it really created a fun atmosphere to enjoy while also being close to great attractions like the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel a short walk away at almost 2 km and Broadway at the Beach which is just over 2 km away where you can find tons of shopping and dining options but I did notice that the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement.

Exceptional amenities for families. Warm pool towels at entry? Genius. Pool hours stretch from 9am to 11pm. That's rare. The water slide, however, needs better management; it opened late on our second day, but other options mitigated the inconvenience. Spacious rooms exceeded expectations, especially with the additional wall bed. Now, some staff interaction could use improvement-while many were welcoming, a few were less attentive. Parking is convenient, with a gorgeous ocean view. Clean facilities crucial. Communication failed at times, especially regarding maintenance delays. Inconsistencies can be frustrating. Appreciate the fun environment and kids' activities. Will return for another family celebration in July; hoping for smoother operations then. It has potential-let's keep that momentum going.

the air conditioning barely worked, and despite multiple calls and messages, no one came to fix it until hours later. We were left sweating while the maintenance guy took forever, completely ruining our trip.

Great location on the beach. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. Kids loved the pool and the slide. Starbucks in the garage was a bonus. Daily clean towels and trash removal were helpful. Awesome manager on our floor. Plenty of amenities for a family stay.

the caribbean resort was super clean and close to everything during our stay. we had a great oceanfront room in the jamaican - with fresh towels daily. the maid service was awesome, and the front desk made check-in a breeze. plus, the pool area was spotless, and we enjoyed the afternoon music.

Had a blast during my Easter getaway! Loved the convenient location with easy access to restaurants and parking. The pool area was pristine and had ample lounge chairs, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The friendly staff ensured a clean environment and even provided beach towel passes for a stress-free beach day.

Our room in the Caribbean was a mixed bag. I found the heating to be efficient, keeping us warm and cozy during the cooler evenings. the air conditioning was a bit of a letdown as it struggled to cool the room effectively, especially in the front area. Tea and coffee facilities were provided in the room, but the quality of the coffee provided was disappointing. We were disappointed to find that the designated electrical outlet for the TV was faulty, causing inconvenience when trying to charge devices or watch TV. The sitting area was comfortable, but the couch had noticeable wear and tear, with scratches and dark spots that made it look quite worn out. The dining table was functional but outdated, could use an upgrade to match the overall room decor. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a plus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The balcony door didn't lock properly, posing a safety concern. Despite enjoying the view from the balcony, the lack of a secure lock was concerning. The room was equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was convenient for longer stays. the kitchen utensils were lacking, and we had to request additional cookware during our stay. the room could benefit from some updates and improvements. Despite these shortcomings, the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient, ensuring our room was clean throughout our stay. The front desk staff were hit or miss, with some being helpful and others appearing bothered by guest requests. while the Caribbean had its shortcomings, the central location and friendly staff did make our stay more enjoyable. I hope they take feedback into consideration to improve the overall experience.

My friends and I had a blast visiting the Run to the Sun Car Show and enjoying a fantastic fireworks show at Broadway at the Beach. The atmosphere was so welcoming for us to have a great time, from the thrilling attractions to epic adventures. We loved every moment of it, and the fun never seemed to end!

Our family loved the FREE and discounted admission to Myrtle Beach's hottest attractions like Myrtle Waves Water Park. The kids had a blast at Broadway Grand Prix and Ripley's Aquarium. We even enjoyed a fantastic fireworks show at Broadway at the Beach. A perfect getaway for families with endless fun activities nearby.

My wife says that check-in should be smoother for families with kids, with shorter wait times.
